LEADING WITH INTEGRITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY
INTEGRITY THROUGH ETHICAL BUSINESS
At Accupac, ethical conduct is embedded in our core values, guiding our actions and decisions
at every level of the organization. Integrity and accountability are at the heart of our business
practices, led by the VP of Human Resources, who ensures that our rigorous business ethics
policies and Employee Handbook are consistently upheld.
We use regular training sessions, accessible
resources, and open communication channels
to consistently promote high ethical standards
throughout the organization, including at the
Board level. Additionally, a whistleblower hotline
is available for employees to anonymously report
suspected violations.

Policies related to anti-corruption and integrity are communicated to our suppliers through
our Supplier Code of Conduct, which is shared with and acknowledged by targeted partners.
Among our top 100 direct suppliers by spending, 51 have signed our Supplier Code of Conduct,
which includes speci昀椀c provisions on anti-corruption. An additional 24 suppliers have their
own code of conduct in place. As a result, 75% of our top 100 direct suppliers are operating
under a formal code of conduct aligned with ethical business practices.
Our employees are encouraged to report concerns through con昀椀dential channels, which are
addressed with swift investigations and appropriate actions. Concerns are communicated
to the Board of Directors by our Executive Leadership Team. We believe that a culture of
accountability is crucial in preventing and addressing corruption and other business ethics
concerns e昀昀ectively.
ACCOUNTABILITY FOR BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
Accupac continuously strives to be a world-class development
and contract manufacturer. To support this mission, we utilize a
robust goal-setting system – the Objective and Key Results (OKR)
framework – to drive business performance and focus on what
matters most. The OKR system facilitates collaborative annual
and quarterly goal setting, engaging all levels of the organization.
Teams are organized around OKRs to plan projects, document
data, and drive rapid learning and decision-making. This approach
ensures alignment across the company and promotes a culture
of continuous improvement. Setting and achieving goals through
the OKR framework is useful to maintaining optimal business
performance.
