RECOGNIZING EXCELLENCE
Employees can nominate their peers for the Accupac Excellence
Award to recognize outstanding commitment to our customers,
values, and behaviors. Winners are announced at our quarterly
Town Halls.
A PATH TO OPPORTUNITY
At Accupac, we are committed to providing opportunities for employees to grow both
professionally and personally. To support career development, we have an internal Job Posting
program in place that ensures all employees have equal access to un昀椀lled, non-managerial
positions. As outlined in our employee handbook, all eligible job openings are posted internally
for 14 days before being shared externally. These postings are accessible through a dedicated
internal website and displayed on facility monitors to maximize visibility.
To further support internal mobility, every internal applicant is guaranteed an interview with the
hiring manager, followed by a debrief session to provide valuable feedback on the application
process. This transparent and inclusive approach has proven successful, resulting in 16% of
employees accepting new roles within Accupac in 2024.

demonstrated an outstanding work ethic and
unwavering commitment to our customers,
exemplifying what excellence truly means at
Accupac. Their dedication and passion set
a standard for all of us and inspire continued
excellence across the organization.
