Accupac has also introduced a companywide DEI Policy to formalize and reinforce
our commitment to DEI. This policy clearly
outlines the responsibility of our leaders and
employees to nurture a culture of belonging. It

workplace culture of diversity, equity, inclusion,
innovation, collaboration, and organizational
excellence.
In 2024, our Inclusion Index remained steady
at 69%, matching the previous year’s favorable
responses to inclusion-related statements in
our annual employee engagement survey.
This consistency underscores the stability of
our ongoing DEI initiatives.
Accupac has also taken concrete steps toward
achieving gender parity at all management
levels, formalizing a commitment to reach
this goal by 2030. As of this year, women
hold 34% of supervisory and above positions,
maintaining the progress established in 2022.
