KEEPING A PULSE
Our employee engagement index provides
a valuable tool for tracking employee
sentiment and guiding annual updates to
our workplace culture and practices. In 2024,
Accupac reported an engagement index of
45%, o昀昀ering insight into how employees view
their work experience.
Participation in the annual engagement
survey remained strong, with 85% of employees
sharing their feedback, consistent with
previous years. We also have a manager
action planning process to ensure employee
feedback from the engagement survey is
used to improve at the departmental level.

What Accupac
employees said
“I enjoy the challenges on the job that
allow me opportunities for problem
solving.”
“Working with a great team gives me
the opportunity to work more e昀케ciently
and enjoy coming to work everyday.”
“I enjoy the people I work with and the
company culture.”
SUPPORTING FAMILIES
In response to employee requests for additional time with loved ones, Accupac implemented
a Personal Leave Policy that provides up to an additional 6 weeks of personal leave. Many
employees choose to use their leave to visit family members internationally. Approximately 5%
of employees take advantage of this bene昀椀t annually. At Accupac, we believe in supporting
our employees both inside and outside of work hours. The Personal Leave Policy is just one
way that Accupac shows such support.
COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY
The diversity of our workforce continues to be one of our greatest strengths. Since launching
our DEI roadmap in 2023, we have made signi昀椀cant progress by implementing several key
initiatives, each designed to address one or more of the roadmap’s four pillars—Intentional
Partnerships, Knowledge, Language Inclusion, and Internal Policies.
Key actions taken include expanding ESL (English as a Second Language) training to support
greater language inclusion; forming an Inclusion Council to help guide and advocate for DEI
e昀昀orts across the organization; introducing a formal DEI Policy to reinforce our focus on building
a culture of belonging; and publishing our purpose, values, behaviors, and compliance training
into three languages—English, Spanish, and Bengali.
As part of our ongoing commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion at Accupac, the Inclusion
Council remains a dedicated platform for meaningful engagement and knowledge sharing across
the organization. Newly nominated council members represent diverse backgrounds and roles,
