In 2023, we reinforced our commitment to a
meaningful workplace by refreshing our purpose,
values, and behaviors statements. This update
aimed to capture our organization’s evolving
spirit and drive, re昀氀ecting our dedication to
positively impacting our employees and the
broader community.
To ensure these principles remain relevant and
authentic, we actively engage employees across
the organization through roundtable discussions.
These conversations help us continuously re昀氀ect
on our collective identity and who we aspire to
be as a company. Additionally, we regularly seek
input from our leadership teams and analyze
feedback from our employee engagement
surveys to keep our purpose and values aligned
with our workforce’s needs and aspirations.
