In 2024, we enhanced our employee bene昀椀ts
by introducing two new programs to better
support our workforce. First, we expanded
our EAP to o昀昀er a broader range of support
services. The enhanced EAP now includes
assistance with healthcare questions, personal
and family matters, work-related needs,
and mental health resources. This expansion
re昀氀ects our ongoing commitment to prioritizing
the well-being of our employees and
their families.
Additionally, we launched the PurdueRx
Program to help reduce the cost of specialty
drugs. Through this program, members can
access certain specialty medications without
out-of-pocket expenses, easing the 昀椀nancial
burden of high-cost prescriptions.
All salaried employees take part in an annual
performance program that covers both
performance evaluations and compensation
reviews. Compensation is regularly evaluated
against external benchmarks to maintain
competitiveness. Managers participate in
annual training on compensation practices
to uphold equity throughout the organization.
SUPPORTING FINANCIAL WELL-BEING
At Accupac, we believe 昀椀nancial well-being is
integral to overall employee well-being. That
is why we o昀昀er a competitive annual 401(k)
company match with a quick vesting period for
matched contributions. 85% of active employees
participate in Accupac’s retirement bene昀椀t
plan. We review our bene昀椀t o昀昀erings annually to
ensure they remain competitive and aligned with
employee needs.
