BEHAVIOR-BASED
SAFETY OBSERVATIONS
Leadership members engage in BehaviorBased Safety (BBS) observations with
dedicated time to observe employees while
they are working, observe for safe and atrisk behaviors, and provide direct coaching
to those team members. While our safety
inspections process focuses on conditions,
the BBS observation process focuses on
behaviors. These two processes work in
tandem to reduce overall risks and create a
safer working environment.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE
EQUIPMENT
Employees are mandated to wear safety
clothing and personal protective equipment
as required by speci昀椀c activities and in
compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

SAFETY CULTURE ASSESSMENT
In 2024, Accupac worked with third parties to
assess and improve our safety culture.
WORKPLACE HAZARD ASSESSMENT
Accupac conducts inspections of our
premises to evaluate, determine, and correct
vulnerabilities relating to safety, security, or
environmental hazards.
RESPIRATORY PROTECTION
Accupac’s respiratory protection program
prevents employee exposure to potentially
hazardous concentrations of airborne
materials. The EHS coordinator at each site
ensures that employees are 昀椀tted properly for
respirators and comply with OSHA standards.
