“Accupac has made tremendous strides on our safety
journey, and it’s important to take pride in how far we’ve
come. While we celebrate our progress, we remain
committed to continuously strengthening our
culture, ensuring that safety is deeply embedded
in everything we do, every day.”
— Sean Connolly, Director of Environmental,
Health & Safety
encouraged open dialogue on best practices
and areas for growth. Each signi昀椀cant incident
or injury prompts a thorough investigation
and review with the executive team to drive
process improvements.
This year, we reported two trip-and-fall
incidents, a decrease from eight in the prior
year. Additionally, seven lost time incidents
were recorded, re昀氀ecting increased employee
engagement in reporting procedures. Our
injury rate for the year, calculated using
the OSHA formula (number of recordables ×
200,000 / total work hours), was 1.50. The most
prevalent injuries reported within our facilities
are slips, trips, falls, strains, and sprains.
Looking ahead, we remain dedicated to
achieving our goal of zero lost-time incidents
by 2030. We will continue advancing this
mission through focused training, employee
engagement, and proactive safety measures.
SAFETY COMMITTEE
Accupac has a Safety Committee at each
manufacturing site that is dedicated
to fostering a secure and healthy work
environment for employees, customers, and
visitors. We encourage open communication
and actively seek input from employees
regarding safety concerns and suggestions
for improvement. This collaborative approach
safeguards that the safety and welfare of
everyone within our organization is addressed
and enhanced.
