BUILDING SUSTAINABLE MANUFACTURING
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Accupac continuously strives to enhance its operations. It is a mindset
that is foundational to who we are as a company and is promoted by
our operational leadership team. We have also identi昀椀ed opportunities
to strengthen our recycling e昀昀orts and improve production e昀케ciency.
These initiatives are designed to extend the lifespan of materials, lower
GHG emissions, and reduce costs. In 2024, we developed a draft plan
and outline to guide our approach to increasing land昀椀ll diversion.
We are continuously identifying opportunities for improvement in our
current waste management practices. In 2025, we plan to explore
partnerships with recycling providers to expand our recycling capabilities
and implement a targeted strategy to increase land昀椀ll diversion across
our operations.
AUTOMATION
To enhance safety, product quality, and operational e昀케ciency, we have
implemented new automation equipment. These upgrades include a
robotic pick-and-place system, new labelers, a robotic palletizer, and
advanced vision systems. By integrating these enhancements, we are
better positioned for continued success while reinforcing our commitment
to continuous improvement.
PRODUCT END-OF-LIFE
At Accupac, we make products that make a di昀昀erence in the way people
look and feel. We understand that the use and disposal of our products
can impact our environment. We are working to minimize that impact
by evaluating and assessing our products, striving for at least 50% of
newly developed formulations to meet our sustainability criteria and
encouraging sustainable consumption habits.
