In addition to the initiatives listed to the left, Accupac is actively pursuing continuous improvement
projects aimed at achieving our 2030 goal. These projects are carefully selected based on
their projected carbon and cost savings. Currently, our energy reduction roadmap is guided
by a prioritized list of projects, each designed to drive measurable progress.

SUSTAINABILITY TRAINING PROGRAM
Accupac’s Sustainability Training Program is designed
to educate employees on fundamental sustainability
concepts and empower them to actively support
Accupac’s sustainability initiatives. As part of the
annual goal-setting process, every salaried employee
is encouraged to complete the training program.
In addition to training, participants are invited to share
their ideas through the digital Sustainability Suggestion
Box. The Sustainability Council reviews all submissions
and provides feedback on each suggestion.
