GOVERNANCE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP TEAM
Accupac’s Board of Directors comprises industry and corporate leaders who oversee company
strategy as well as monitor and assess the company’s performance and progress.
The Board is composed of eight directors, of which 昀椀ve are independent. Twenty-昀椀ve percent
of the board is female, and twenty-昀椀ve percent is of ethnic minority.
The Accupac Executive Leadership Team reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible
for executing the company strategy. The Executive Leadership Team is also responsible for
the corporate culture at Accupac, including upholding our purpose, values, and behaviors
and leading our diverse workforce. The Executive Leadership Team is comprised of our CEO
and senior executives with expertise in manufacturing operations, innovation, commercial,
昀椀nance, information technology, human resources, and quality.
GOVERNANCE OF SUSTAINABILITY
Accupac’s sustainability governance ensures our operations re昀氀ect our purpose, values, and
high standards of responsibility company-wide. The Board has established a Sustainability
Committee whose role is to advise the Board on key sustainability topics, provide quarterly
ESG updates and thought-partnership on Accupac’s Sustainability strategy and execution.
The committee is led by the Sustainability Committee Chair and two independent Board
Directors and is supported by Accupac’s Chief Commercial O昀케cer.
Our Sustainability Director is dedicated to advancing our e昀昀orts throughout the organization.
Additionally, the Board has entrusted a cross-functional Sustainability Council of 12 individuals
to contribute to sustainability governance across the organization. This dynamic committee
is responsible for overseeing and managing the strategic direction of Accupac’s sustainability
program, ensuring the e昀昀ective implementation of our detailed action plans to meet our 2030
targets. The Sustainability Council meets quarterly and maintains monthly contact with key
workstream leaders.
