2 STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT
Customer Engagement: Through feedback sessions, information requests, business reviews, and other
direct communication, we assessed customer expectations regarding product sustainability, ethical
sourcing, and environmental impact. This engagement allowed us to tailor our product development
and marketing strategies to align with customer values, helping to foster brand loyalty and trust.
Employee Engagement: Our employees are integral stakeholders in our sustainability journey. To
solicit input in determining our priority areas and values, we established employee groups where open
communication was encouraged. Employee-led initiatives and feedback mechanisms like these provide
valuable perspectives on workplace sustainability, diversity and inclusion, and social responsibility. This
engagement not only enhances our corporate culture but also fuels innovation in sustainable practices.
Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors Engagement: Accupac’s Executive Leadership
Team and Board of Directors engagement provide a top-down cascade of key topics, priorities, and
actions. In addition, partnership with stakeholders ensures that Accupac stays abreast of key trends
and the sustainability landscape at a global level.
Investor Engagement: To align the direction of sustainability initiatives to the strategic direction
of the company, Accupac’s investors provide a broad view of sustainability through the lens of
business performance. Accupac’s Sustainability Director meets regularly with its ownership management
to align on best practices and share progress.
Community Engagement: Accupac partnered with local organizations, such as the Keystone Opportunity,
to better understand our community impacts. Our volunteering and community partnerships help
Accupac understand community priorities, minimize negative impacts, and build relationships that
bene昀椀t the community.
Our materiality process is dynamic and focused on continuous improvement. Regular reviews ensure
that our sustainability priorities remain aligned with stakeholder expectations and better prepares
us to meet future challenges.
